International Business Development Associate
    The McIntyre Group is looking for an International Business Development Associate for a rapidly growing company located in Connecticut. Associates are responsible for planning, implementing and managing the strategies and processes to aid international expansion across the globe. The candidate will be required to be involved in every stage of the international expansion process which includes research into existing and new markets from a business development and expansion perspective, project management, analyzing and assisting prospective distributors and strategic accounts internationally.
  • Understanding and analyzing existing business strategies and practices internationally
  • Determining areas of growth and opportunity internationally based on a competitive intelligence and technical perspective
  • Creating and contributing to international expansion strategies
  • Managing the entire expansion cycle into the respective country
  • Understanding the data security and privacy policies that exist in potential foreign markets and determining how the systems, processes and strategies need to be adapted or architected
  • Full involvement in the procurement of infrastructure internationally
  • Auditing existing distributors to determine strengths and weaknesses and then addressing them appropriately
  • Providing auxiliary support during the pre-sales and post-sales process with distributors and strategic accounts
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Experience in the legal field
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the utmost professionalism
  • High-tech savvy candidates preferred
