Administrative Assistant
    The McIntyre Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a private client in all facets of daily business routine, including light financial analysis and tasks. A qualified candidate must be highly organized, competent in key administrative skills, well-spoken and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Telephone coverage like screen calls, take messages and distribute in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Prepare letters and general communication to follow up with various requests
  • Organize marketing and client mailings
  • Calendar management, schedule internal/external meetings and appointments and coordinate conference calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations and ground transportation) with travel agency
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and assure accuracy and timely delivery of plans/tickets to travelers
  • Assist with overflow, special projects and day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an assistant or 1-2 years in a junior analyst or coordinator role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
  • General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn software
