    Accounts Receivable Administrator
Summary:
    The McIntyre Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for temporary position that has a potential to go to permanent hire, for a company in Westchester County.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily deposit
  • Enter deposit, credit cards and wire batches
  • Prepare and process customer refunds
  • Meet all month end requirements for processing cash and credits
  • Verify customer service prepared credits against chargebacks entered into system
  • Process credit in Post Ship Entry screen in batches
  • Run edit reports and review for any necessary corrections
  • Print, separate and mail credits
  • Post checks, credit cards, lockboxes, and wires to accounts using transaction / reason codes
  • Print register to show GL accounts affected in processing
  • Maintain Summary of Credits by month, company, warehouse and reason code
  • Create reports using Summary of Credits in Excel spreadsheet
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree with related experiences
  • Must have experience in team/group environment
  • Excellent organization, communication and written skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • PC skills should include Windows, MS Word and MS Excel
