    Customer Account Representative
      Responsibilities:
      • Key contact for assigned accounts
      • Answer inbound calls, place outbound calls and process written correspondence as needed
      • Data entry of Customer orders
      • Follow up on outstanding items
      • Reporting as needed, including but not limited to: invoicing and credit availability
      • Maintain accurate account information
      • Reconcile credit requests and resolve discrepancies
      • Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and support staff
      • Update SOP guidelines to ensure accuracy
      Requirements:
      • Must know vlookups and pivot tables
      • Ability to communicate at all levels to maximize results
      • Must possess excellent customer service attitude/skills
      • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment is a must
      • Attention to detail , positive, strong work ethic
      • Ability to efficiently and effectively use Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
