    HR Generalist
Summary:
    Are you interested in the implementation and administration of all HR related aspects of a company? A Human Resource Generalist is needed to deliver key HR initiatives including a Human Resource Management System. If you are interested please read the description below and submit your resume!
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for all policy and procedure related inquires for employees
  • Maintain Human Resource Management System with all information needed for new hires, active employees, and terminated employees
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee and organization information is imperative
  • Analyze data and perform audits
  • Develop ad hoc reports and standardized reports to support daily HR operations
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to administer benefits, investigate any employee issues, and facilitate resolutions
  • Generalist support will be provided to the HR team, such as processing new hire paperwork, assist with the onboarding process, maintain employee files, etc.
  • Facilitate annual benefits open enrollment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five plus years' experience in HRMS/HRIS and data management
  • Experience with on-boarding and benefits administration
  • Current knowledge of employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
