    Treasury Analyst 
    The McIntyre Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst, available immediately, to join the Treasury Department within one of our Premier Fairfield County clients.
  • Leasing
  • Assist company agencies with leasing queries
  • Maintain the company Leasing Portal and Lease Liability System, including working with consultants (CSI, Incremax) and Treasury Systems Director – instructions, reports, access, passwords, discounts, notices, features, etc.
  • Maintain relationships with major leasing companies
  • Set lease rate factors as required
  • Ensure data feeds from leasing partners are maintained
  • Prepare executable documentation
  • Involvement in the reconciliation process with an aim to improve financial reporting – lease expense, capital lease interest and liability, operating liability; work with Controllers group on accounting pronouncements and compliance
  • Prepare quarter end reports and ensure SARBOX compliance
  • Handle Cognos applications, including additional reports as required
  • Training sessions (live and web) as required for company businesses and leasing partners
  • Capital Expenditures
  • Administration of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) system
  • Assist company agencies with CAPEX queries
  • Prepare quarter end reports for CFO
  • Maintaining the company CAPEX System including working with consultants (Code Worldwide) and Treasury Systems Director – instructions, reports, access, passwords, notices, features, etc.
  • Interface with Strategic Alliance Services and Real Estate for reporting
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel
  • Must possess strong accounting skills, excellent oral and written communications skills and be detail oriented
  • Individual must also maintain an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all information that flows through the office
