  • Continually provide generalist support such as interpreting and administering policies and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Always keep up on current benefits trends in the industry for US and non-US locations of the company to ensure the benefits program remains competitive
  • Maintain a good knowledge of legal employment issues and practices for both US and non-US locations
  • Proactive to the design, evaluation, and modification of employee relations and exit management policies to keep the processes current and in agreement with legal requirements in both US and non-US locations
  • Coach all levels of the company on a variety of topics such as employee morale, organizational structure, employee retention, general management, etc
  • Responsible to conduct investigation of any employee issues to develop and recommend solutions to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken
  • Continually develop and implement and maintain procedures associated with international assignments, relocation, expatriates, and immigration services
  • Always maintain a current knowledge of global mobility trends by monitoring and tracking the mobility services globally
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting challenges trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that may have implications on the organization
  • Minimum 10 years' experience
  • Knowledge of Human Resources across multiple functions
  • International Human Resource experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of local and regional employment laws
  • Financial services experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and meet short deadlines
  • Great sense of urgency and strong prioritizing skills
