    Director of Health Plan Sales
Summary:
    Have you ever created and executed strategic sales and marketing plans to drive sales and other medical and pharmacy management products? Are you looking for an exciting and new culture to carry in your expertise? Then this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management and the Board of Directors on short, mid- and long-term strategic sales and marketing plans, particularly related to the health plan market
  • Design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Cultivate relationships directly with potential customers of company's products; drives sales cycle and close deals
  • Identify potential partners which the company can successfully market its products too
  • Accompany outside partners and representatives on customer meetings, participating and following-up in the sales cycle as needed to secure optimal sales outcome
  • Participate and coordinate the creation of promotional material, collateral sales material and corporate website
  • Identify new channels for sales, partnerships, and representation opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • 10 plus years of consultative sales experience and demonstrated results of selling healthcare or healthcare-related services to payors
  • Knowledge and experience with the design of health benefits, pricing, and financing
  • Experience in creating marketing, promotional and sales collateral material
  • Experience creating strategic marketing plans for selling into payors and self-insured entities
  • Strong knowledge of group health benefits, current trends and the payor community
