Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first line support for the Human Resource Manager
  • Execute all data entry related to employees from beginning to end
  • Facilitate all employee relations questions with direct answers or send to the appropriate person
  • Constantly evolve current processes used in the day-to-day
  • Continuous learning to facilitate and gaining knowledge of the HR process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in customer service, data administration/processing
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, great attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Analytical problem solver, who is process oriented and goal oriented
