    Benefits Coordinator
Summary:
    The Benefits Coordinator will provide support to employees with all benefits, in addition they will support the Human Resources Department with event planning and other administrative duties. This temporary position will pay a maximum of $23.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides assistance with Health Care and 401k plans
  • Process benefit enrollment
  • Administer disability and FMLA leaves for employees
  • Ensure compliance of HIPPA laws when handling employee personal information.
  • Coordinates and tracks new hire paperwork and compliance paperwork
  • Ensures that Human Resource files and records are maintained
  • Researches and responds to employee inquiries in a timely manner
  • Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested
  • Completes employment verifications in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Human Resources or related field)
  • 2-3 years' work experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees of all levels
