Happy 23rd Anniversary to The McIntyre Group! |

In September 1986, our company’s President and Founder, Leslie McIntyre-Tavella, opened the first McIntyre office in Cos Cob, CT. Initially, the company primarily focused on administrative temporary staffing. Since then, the company has moved its headquarters several times within Fairfield County, CT and also expanded to add branch locations. We have developed new divisions to include both direct hire and temporary staffing/consulting in the fields of IT, Accounting, Finance, Creative, as well as Administrative and Corporate Services. The McIntyre Group has been honored to be named one of Connecticut’s “Best Places to Work”, as well as being ranked # 5 as the Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses in Connecticut. We look forward to many future years as Connecticut’s leader in staffing and recruiting.
