Associate of the Year 2009

 
It is with pleasure that we award Tiffany our Associate of the Year award.

Tiffany has been with The McIntyre Group for over 10 years and has always been an excellent representation for us. Her most recent assignment began in March of 2009 in a short term supporting role to the Vice President of Operations at a large local firm.

Her work ethic and dedication was recognized immediately by her manager and others within the company. Although that assignment ended, they recognized her strong potential and brought her back as a temp in the same capacity. We are pleased to say that after much hard work and dedication, the company recently hired her permanently in another position within the organization. Her willingness to learn and pitch in whenever needed, made her a perfect candidate for this new role.

Tiffany sets an example of hard work paying off. She is one of the examples we provide new recruits when we tell them how one never knows what can happen with a position that is meant to last a short duration. If you have a strong work ethic, treat your assignment with the respect, and show a positive “can do” attitude, you will get noticed. The sky is the limit with what can happen. As recruiters we rely heavily upon client feedback and with Tiffany it has always been positive.

Tiffany shows how always putting your best foot forward will lead to greatness.
