Vanisse Mascia Controller
 Vanisse joined The McIntyre Group in 2001 and has served as Corporate Controller since that time, overseeing all areas of the finance and accounting departments. She has over 20 years of corporate accounting experience, holding positions as Controller and Director of Accounting for several international and Fortune 100 corporations before coming to McIntyre. Vanisse graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Accounting.
Thoughts on the business: One of the best parts of this job is the people. Senior Management has made the environment conducive to working and their hands-on approach is enlightening. It is one of the few companies that actually follows the “open door” policy. It is refreshing to be able to speak directly and openly with management to resolve issues and clarify assignments. This makes the workflow and accounting processes more efficient.
Vanisse keeps busy outside of the office by showing her champion Irish Wolfhounds, assisting with her daughters’ cheerleading squads, and attending scrap booking events.
