Melissa Mongillo Director, Temporary Administrative Services
Melissa Mongillo joined McIntyre in 2005. After graduating from the University of Connecticut she spent several years as a dedicated Social Services Worker. Melissa joined McIntyre as a Staffing Manager in our Temporary Services group, where her passion and commitment led her to a level of success that surpassed our initial expectations. Today she serves as Director of Temporary Staffing, leading a team of staffing managers, as well as overseeing client development, reporting and training, and successful placement of candidates. Melissa is an active SHRM member and has built a network of contacts on LinkedIn. When Melissa isn't working she spends her time cheering for her beloved Yankees, Dallas Cowboys, and Uconn Huskies.
