Mandi Marcino joined The McIntyre Group in 2001 as a Staffing Manager in the Temporary Administrative Office Services Division and was recently promoted to the Shelton Office Director of Administrative & Accounting Temporary Services. Mandi began her career as an HR Assistant and found recruiting to be her niche. Her strength is assessing needs of her clients and the goals of her candidates. Over the past seven years she has forged strong relationships in Fairfield County and can often be found reaching out and networking with everyone she meets. Mandi holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Western New England College.
She is an active member of the Corporate Volunteer Council and Big Brother Big Sisters.
