Kevin Sweeney Director, Corporate Accounting/Finance – Permanent Division
 Kevin joined The McIntyre Group in 1998 after leaving a consumer products firm where he worked as a senior staff accountant. Kevin found his passion for sales while running his own business for several years. Earning a Bachelor in Business Administration Degree at Sacred Heart University, Kevin immediately felt attracted to the recruitment industry and after developing a long-standing professional relationship with Leslie McIntyre-Tavella, he was offered an opportunity to follow that attraction while helping to build a department and grow the company.
Thought regarding this industry: I truly believe I can make a difference in people’s lives and I can only be successful as a result of helping others be successful. It’s a great formula for business, but also for life.
Best piece of advice you could offer someone: If you want to be successful in any endeavor, find someone who is already successful and just do what they do!
