Diana Burns Derivan

Director, Human Resources and Administration

Diana joined The McIntyre Group in 1996, holding a variety of recruiting and administrative positions within the firm before becoming Human Resources Director in 2002. Prior to joining McIntyre she held diversified business positions in financial management at several California firms.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University where she captained the varsity tennis team. Diana later attended the MBA program at Boston University. She currently serves on the Parents Council of James Madison University, and is an Alumni Admissions Representative for Bucknell University. She was nominated in 2006 for The SHRM Human Resources People of the Year Award.
