Deb Alcin Director, Creative Services
 Deb originally started with The McIntyre Group in 2001 and has recently re-joined the company as Creative Services Director in 2006 after working for a National Creative Recruiting Company where she dealt with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
Her roots in the creative field started in NY when she joined Designer, Frances Colon and was responsible for everything from marketing to the selection of fabrics for new styles and designs. Her design background and expertise in managing creative staff has furthered her success in this growing industry.
