David Musante Director, Shelton, CT Operation
 David Musante joined The McIntyre Group in 1996 after spending many years with a local competitor. Dave has spent a majority of his career in recruitment and staffing, even spending a few years on the other side of the fence – in corporate.
Dave is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics. Dave also received his Masters with a concentration in Accounting.
When Dave is not working he is busy with his three children, Christopher, Stephen, and Jessica and is a big sports enthusiast. Dave believes that you should treat people as you wish to be treated and enjoys spending time with his McIntyre colleagues.
Dave’s best piece of advice is to think about all the possible consequences before you do something!
