Allison Lebonitte Director of Information Technology Groups
Allison Lebonitte joined McIntyre in 2006, after moving back to Connecticut from Savannah, Georgia where she served as a Residence Hall Coordinator at Savannah College of Art & Design. Allison received her Bachelor’s from the University of Connecticut and her Masters in Applied Psychology from Fairfield University. She approached The McIntyre Group in hopes of finding a career, and was thrilled to permanently join McIntyre as a Recruiting Coordinator. After assisting with the growth of the Shelton office in a support role, Allison was promoted to a Staffing Manager in the Consulting side of our Industry to ultimately find that she very intrigued by the Information Technology markets. Allison found her comfort level and greatest successes in the IT side of McIntyre; now holding the title of Director of Information Technology Groups managing both our Shelton and Norwalk offices. Allison enjoys keeping abreast of the newest trends in IT, and working very closely with clients and candidates. She is an avid Yankees fan, and appropriately enjoys one of Yogi Berra’s quotes…”When you come to a fork in the road, take it.”
