Terms and Conditions for our “Connecting Passions” Referral Program

1. Referral bonus amounts can differ based on individual job postings.

2. If a referred candidate is sent to McIntyre who is not matched to a specific job posting, either our standard minimum referral bonus will apply (see # 7) or the referral bonus of the job in which we place the candidate will apply.

3. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, McIntyre will honor the first referring party only.

4. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to McIntyre. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer.

5. Temporary/Consulting Referrals must work a minimum of 80 hours to qualify for the referral bonus.

6. For permanent placements, “Connecting Passions” Referral Bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period of the placement has been fulfilled.

7. Minimum referral bonuses for temporary associates/ consultants and
permanent referrals that aren’t matched to a specific job posting are as follows:
1. Administrative and Clerical - $200.00
2. Accounting/Finance - $250.00
3. Information Technology - $300.00
4. Client Referrals - $500.00

8. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
