Letter from the Founder

Twenty years ago when I opened the doors of The McIntyre Group, I vowed that I would make a difference in the staffing industry. I promised that I would never lower my standards or compromise my integrity and that I would stay true to myself and to the people I work with. I pledged to select and work with only the very best talent available and to reward them by building the kind of business that they would want to represent and stay with for many years to come.

Through this commitment, we have remained firmly established in the Fairfield County marketplace, given back to our community, and possess very strong internal harmony.

It has always been my passion to build the kind of business that would positively impact the lives of others, and by charting my own course and not always following the easy path, I believe we have created something very successful, special, and unique.

Even today, after 20 years in the business and receiving the #1 ranking for “Best Places to Work in Connecticut Award”, I tell people that by following your passion, you will truly become rewarded, and find deep personal satisfaction.

We have become the leaders in helping clients and candidates find their passion; whether it be an entrepreneur who needs assistance to chart out his dreams, a candidate seeking that new dream job, or identifying a complete career change that provides a person more time for their personal passion. Although the industry and marketplace have changed significantly over the past 20 years, the foundation of these basic principles still remain true.
