Welcome to the real world: an outlook on the road from college to career

Finally the job outlook for college grads is getting better!  A recent survey of 275 top companies shows that new grads will account for more than half of all entry level hires - that's the best showing in 14 years!  The infographic below offers new grads some thoughts on what recent grads have experienced when searching for their first job:  how long it takes to get a job, what grads say is important to them when looking for work, what grads are willing to take to get their foot in the door, and how grads characterize their first job.  We hope you find the information useful.  Good luck in your search!
